Cancellation, Delivery & Return Terms — Crocus Turizm

Crocus Turizm provides villa accommodation (rental); there is no physical product sale or shipping. This page covers service delivery, cancellation conditions and the refund process.

Provision of Service (Delivery)

• As our service is accommodation, there is no shipping; the service is provided at the villa on the check-in date.
• Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00 (may vary by season; stated in the confirmation).
• The villa is delivered fully furnished, clean and ready to use.

Payment

Payments are collected by credit/debit card via the secure online payment infrastructure (iyzico).

Cancellation Conditions

As reservations are for specific dates, the following apply:

• Cancellations 30+ days before check-in: full refund.
• Cancellations 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in: no refund.
• In force majeure (disaster, health), the parties seek a fair solution; a date change may be considered.

Refund Process

• Refund requests are sent to info@crocusturizm.com.tr.
• Approved refunds are made to the card used for payment, usually within 1–14 business days (depending on your bank).
• Refunds are made in the original payment currency.
