Distance Sales Agreement — Crocus Turizm

1. Parties

Buyer: the person who creates a reservation and purchases an accommodation service through crocusturizm.com.tr.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the villa accommodation (rental) service ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller’s website.

3. Service

The service type, villa, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests and total price are selected and confirmed by the Buyer during booking and sent to the Buyer’s e-mail with the confirmation.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer accepts that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• The Seller undertakes to provide the service as described and on time, except for force majeure.
• Villas are delivered fully furnished, clean and ready to use.

5. Payment

Payments are collected by credit or debit card through the secure online payment infrastructure (iyzico). Card details are not stored by the Seller.

6. Performance

The accommodation service is provided at the relevant villa on the dates specified in the reservation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or period. Cancellation and refund are handled within the Rental Terms and Cancellation/Return Terms.

9. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction.
