Rental Terms — Crocus Turizm

At Crocus Turizm we rent our villas to families so that you can enjoy a complete holiday with the comfort of your own home. Please review the following terms before booking.

General terms

• Our villas are rented to families.
• The minimum rental period is 1 week.
• Each villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including children.

Payment

• 50% of the total fee is collected in advance at the time of booking, based on the contract.
• The remaining 50% is paid in cash on arrival at the villa.

Our villas

• They are not twin units; they are fully independent, detached villas.
• They are 100–120 metres from the beach and all have a sea view.
• They are handed over fully furnished, clean and ready to use.
• You only need to bring your luggage and personal items (towels, etc.).

Amenities

• Strollers and high chairs are available for babies.
• An extra bed can be provided for a fee if needed.
• There are fixed and portable barbecues in the garden for our guests to use.
